As an expert in the travel and culinary industry, my journey has been deeply rooted in both food and exploration. With a background as a certified executive chef and certified culinary administrator from the American Culinary Federation, coupled with my education from the world-renowned Culinary Institute of America, I've honed my skills to not only create exceptional culinary experiences but also to share them with others.
My professional certifications and work experience reflect a comprehensive understanding of the culinary arts, food service management, and the beverage industry. This expertise is further enriched by my global travels, which have taken me to culinary and cultural hotspots around the world. From my internship at the American Club in Hong Kong to backpacking through 12 countries in Europe, my travels have been fueled by a passion for discovering and experiencing diverse cuisines.
